Education: Working closely with the community members to provide affordable and quality education that focus on developing a whole being. This include of the physical emotional, social, economical wellbeing. We provide CBC curriculum with key concentration on early years education as well as Primary education from grade one to grade six.In our education program we also offer exchange program where we allow our learners to learn on various cultures globally. We work with a team of volunteers who plays a key role in the children upskilling especially

Healthy Family Forums.

This program is mainly to bring families together to speak out on the challenges they are facing while they live in their neighbourhoods. Sharing stories of hope, helping one another, and ensuring families enjoy a stress-free life within the villages and fishing beaches. The forums comprise various topics that include relationships, unemployment solutions, kitchen gardening, greening homes, living within limits, family unity, Clan Unity, historical differences and unity in bringing ethically future families and children.

Knowledge Centres

The MBCC Knowledge Centres are the safe space for youths and children where they access to free internet, free Sexual Reproduction Health Services and education, healthy relationship, indoor games, networking opportunities, and continuous learning and empowerment programs. The Centres are equipped with a team of volunteers, social psychologists, Counsellors, Life Coaches, and Experts that will help youths and children out of their challenges.

Youths will also learn about life skills topics, and entrepreneurial skills as well as get connected to potential persons and businesses of the right will.

In our Knowledge Centres, you can also get help to cope with the devastating trauma of sexual or physical violence, domestic violence or abuse, depression and despair, substance abuse, financial problems, family issues, addictions or whenever life’s challenges start to weigh you down as a family. You will receive free, confidential counselling services and support from our highly trained staff, along with information, referrals, and attached to a mentor to walk with you on your recovery journey.  Our Target is to have knowledge centres across all the fishing beaches within Lake Victoria Islands and beyond.

 Big Teacher App

This is an interactive App developed by Madam Benta Community Experts. It is to provide a forum for interactions for those facing challenges related to mental health, behavioural health, addiction and life challenges. The Big TeacherApp is an alternative family in time of stress, distress and repress.  It is away to honour and enjoy the wise counsel of the founding mother Madam Benta Asingo who was loved by the people of Rusinga and the people she interacted with
